'Purple Sensation' is probably one of the most popular of all the alliums. They look fab in pots or mixed borders. Their densely packed round baul baul type heads of deep violet, star-shaped flowers appear in early summer above grey-green leaves (which will have already started to die off by the time the blooms form). Let allium foliage die down naturally after bloomig and consider leaving the flowerheads in place as they look attractive in their own right, particularly in winter.
7 Allium Bulbs - Purple Sensation
All our bulbs will be sent out in a beautiful personalised white gift box. Inside the bulbs will sit on some wood wool. Also included is a rolled up leaflet which contains planting instructions and a brief description about the bulb variety. This box will then be placed into a mailing bag and posted out.
